Install EVAMS software and integrate it with your existing ERP or inventory management systems. Set up user roles, permissions, and access points for employees, visitors, and material handlers.

Create digital profiles for staff, frequent visitors, and suppliers. Register commonly used materials and assets in the system, including item descriptions and quantities

When materials arrive, the supplier or delivery personnel checks in using a digital kiosk or tablet. The system logs the material details (type, quantity, supplier info) and generates an Inward Gate Pass for approval

Authorized personnel receive a notification and verify the material details in the system. Once approved, the security staff checks the materials against the digital pass, allowing entry.

For materials leaving the facility, a request is made in the EVAMS system, specifying the items and purpose An Outward Gate Pass is generated, requiring approval from authorized personnel before exit.

The system tracks both visitors and material movements, logging all entries and exits in real-time. Security staff can monitor activities using the EVAMS dashboard to ensure compliance and prevent unauthorized access.

Visitors, vehicles, and materials are checked out by scanning the digital pass (QR code or barcode). The system updates the records instantly, and detailed reports on visitor and material movements are available for analysis.
